- Your initial User ID is your Customer ID (format is 10-digits, 9999999999).
- For your initial Password you have 2 options
- Your Main Listed Business Phone Number (format is 10-digits, 9999999999,
containing no special characters such as "-")
- Any one of your Account Numbers (format is 12-digits, 999999999999,
containing no special characters such as "-")

What if I forgot my account.dexmedia.com Sign in password?
Simply fill out the account.dexmedia.com online Forgot Your Password form, and a new password will be issued to you via e-mail. Or, review our helpful Sign In Assistance information.
What if I use my correct account.dexmedia.com User ID and password, but it gives me an error message regarding cookies or won't log me on?
Make sure cookies are enabled (see browser settings for assistance). Also, make sure that your PC is set to the correct time and time zone. In Windows, you can set your PC time and time zone by choosing Settings - Control Panel - Date/Time from the Start Button.
